The Beginners Guide to visualisation.

Imagine The Future You Want.

There is a part of ourselves that can imagine; we mostly imagine negative things, yet imagination has a bright side.

  1. Be very clear on what you want

  2. Write down what you want to see in your life.

  3. Put images on a vision board.

  4. Use your five senses/to feel the feeling.

  5. Take some time to do it, preferably before sleep.

After you're clear on what you want, then take some time to visualize.

For instance, use your eyes like a camera.

What you can see in front of you right now? If you are seated down, your legs, knees, shoes, arms, hands, and everything you can see in front of you. If you move your head to the right, the view will change, but it is still what your eyes see.

For example, when you want a new car, what is the feeling/emotion you would have if you had the car now? What is the smell like of a new car? What do you see, color-wise?

Let's say you see yourself walking to the car, using the keys, and stepping in. See your hands on the steering wheel and the emblem of the car brand. Also, you can see someone saying to you things like:

' What a nice car you have.'

' This new car suits you.'

' How did you get this car?'

Something that indicates that you already have the car, that it is yours.

Keep this story going, and see this in front of you regularly. Especially before falling asleep and right after you wake up.
