Science has proven that what we do first thing in the morning influences the course of our whole day. After you wake up, it is said that you still find yourself in a theta state. This is a semi-hypnosis state. That lasts between 5 to 15 minutes.
So, start making a morning routine that contains:
1. Gratitude
2. Imagining positive things
3. Positive affirmations
4. Not checking your Phone immediately
5. Write down three goals/Journal in a notebook your day
5. get regular sunshine/ natural light
6. start exercising/ moving your body
These things will help you be more creative and upbeat, boosting energy and productivity.
